"I bought this primarily to be able to play basketball. I injured my knee 2 years ago and was diagnosed with a lateral meniscus tear. I decided not to have surgery but did rehab and let my knee heal. So I have used this knee sleeve about 4 times when playing basketball and my knee feels great. "It’s okay, I haven’t experienced it making a lot of difference. I am also disappointed that they don’t make larger sizes. I believe if you have small legs it probably helps you more. I have bigger legs and the largest size just fits. My legs aren’t huge, just on the big side. It doesn’t work well for an all day thing because if you get swelling in the legs it cuts off circulation. My knee brace I bought from Costco actually works better for me. I have a friend who suggested them though, and they work great for her, so I think if your legs are slim it works better for you."
