"I ordered originally a size small and returned for a medium. Both did not fit. I called customer service and they were very helpful. She indicated to measure the largest part of you thigh. I then ordered the large. They fit but the band still rolls. The length is long if you are a petite sizes person. I am keeping them to wear for my surgery which is a total knee replacement. I’m on day 1 after the procedure and the compression is not helping reduce pain or swelling. I will continue wearing and icing and will hope for a better review of the product."

- I plan to purchase this leg sleeve for after ACL surgery but expect my quad to shrink in size post surgery compared to my pre op thigh measurement (21 inches). Should I size down?
- Hello Bella! I wouldn't recommend sizing down, it because it is better to have Incrediwear be a bit too loose than to have it be too tight. Incrediwear just needs to rest comfortably on the skin in order to emit powerful infrared therapy, but if worn too tightly, it could compress and reduce blood flow, defeating the purpose of the product. If the garment is too loose, you can shrink it by washing/wetting it first, then drying it on a moderately high heat setting. This won't hurt the garment, and you can increase the heat setting as needed. Just don't start with max heat so that you don't over shrink it. There isn't a special trick you can do to make the garment any less tight if it is already too tight, though.
- Are they latex free?
- Leg Sleeves-all colors have silicone in the top band. They do not have latex in them.
- Measuring a 22 from 4 1/2 inches from top of the knee cap, while standing. No way I can be a medium? Or should I measure from the highest point of my thigh (groin area)which is wider. Need help before making such an expensive purchase.
